'69 108 Cargo (windows in the back doors, none in the side doors). Bone stock, a little neglected, but in decent shape- original baby-blue & white paint job, original mirrors, subaru seats. Looks pretty good.
Flaws: Windshield has a crack, passanger window needs to be replaced, dent from the spare tire rack on right back door. Needs 1 back -up light lens, 1 front marker light lens, Dash pad, correct headlight switch and it's gonna need brake pads and some other small stuff.
Looking for a straight-across trade for something similar but large enough to carry me and my books back east.
This van sat on a mountain side in colorado for about fifteen years before I put her back on the road last year. *Absolutely no rust!*. Paint isn't bad, no major dents.
307 with a 3-speed and a ten bolt. Faster than I need to go. Front end and suspension tight. About 120K on it. Runs prety well. It's all there just waiting for the right Vanatic, I'm just not going to be able to do it, from the looks of things. http://www.vcvc.org/ubb/frown.gif
I Did a new starter (hi-torque) and a few other little things- took it camping in the mountains above 8,000 feet with no hassles.
Looking to trade for something a little bigger- an ambulance or a van-based school bus. Maybe a pickup with a camper?
Would like to have something with as much charecter as the van.
Will consider a high-cube van or a small straight truck. Maybe an RV. Interior not important, don't care if it's diesel or gas.
No major rust, No Mopar products or VW's- Be good if a 6 foot tall guy can stand up inside it.
E-mail me for pics.
