hey leadfoot how did the van lise its side doors and become a no door?

yes it had side doors
not anymore though
bottom edges were shot/and they didn't close very well-so i removed the hinges and fired up the welder screwed them inplace where i wanted em-ran a bead all around the doors
and added steel where i needed it removed the screws i had on the inside holding the doors in place and welded inside too
if you look close the top body line it got a little wierd but came out much better than i thought it would -also filled the bottoms of the sealed up doors with some "good stuff foam" alot less noisy-too bad i couldn't get a 5 gal pail of that and "spackle" the inside for insulation and noise but just rustolium'd the inside walls today
new owners can do what they want inside

alot of reply's too but no one serious yetshowed they guy i bought the van from a pic today he says "whats this?"
i said "it's the van i bought from you"
he says "no way! where is it i got to see this!" he came he saw he left thinking dammm should have never sold it-maybe he'll buy it back LOL VAN~ON http://communities.msn.com/1969chevyvan
