Since Chevy made no Sportvans in '64 I had to check this one out. There's no picture of the grill, so I can't tell if it's really a '64 or not, but you can tell that those windows were cut in after the fact. They are not the right shape.

It looks to me like a camper conversion. If you notice the top of the van,there appears to be some kind of collapsable top.

The wheels and tires are worth at least half the asking price, plus a new engine. Man-o-man, only in California, never to be found in Louisiana.

Yeah Greg, I was eyeing the wheels too! I was thinking the same thing. Nothing beats a nice set of slot wheels.

yup-there is definately some sort of roof accessory there-wish there was a better shot of it--probly some sort of pull back sunroof deal like a VW---nice wheels though-all the good ones are ALWAYS too far away

i emailed the guy, he said it was a camper conversion and has a hole in roof.
he also said he has all the original glass.
he said it runs and drives good!
I think im going to bid on it!!
