looking for a Chevy van of any year between 1960-70

I am looking to own one of these 60s era vans but one of my biggest problems is finding one that is in or around the area that i live. I live in North platte NE

Be prepared to do some traveling to get your van........most everyone I know of had to go at least some distance to get an early.......but not always.

I was back in Kansas City (where I grew up) and saw an early chevy van sitting in someones back yard.

Actually, I was driving from Topeka to KC and for some reason was in Bonner Springs.

Sorry man - I was in a hurry and did not get a chance to stop and ask about it. From the road, it looked like maybe 1964-early 1967. Definately not a 1968-1970.

It look like a 90", all original, and in fairly decent shape. I am guessing that the paint was original but very faded. Most likely has a fair amount of surface rust if you look at closer than the 25' that I was looking at.

Back in KC this coming weekend - no promises, but if I can get out that direction and remember where the van was, I will see what I can find out.
