Read this...
I've wanted one of these vans for as long as I can remember...before I even knew what it even exactly was...figuring out wasn't that hard...but finding one for sale was. This summer I found one for sale. I took too long trying to figure it out how to get it from Michigan to Florida and it was sold to someone else. But now I'm obsessed. I look on here regularly to find one but the only ones I have seen are too far for me to purchase. I have just enough to buy a decent one...but not to have to ship it too. The other day my engine went on my car so my husband and I are juggling one car. I want my daily transportation to be the van. I won't settle for anything else. Please, if anyone has any information about a decent '66 or '64 that runs well...I would appreciate the hook up. I want one with no windows...and my favorite is the '66 but I like the '64's also. I have about $3000 to spend...and I live in Florida. I will gladly purchase it in another state if I can drive it home...as long as it won't take me more than a day or two. Thank you in advance to anyone with some info...even if it's just some advice or tips that might help me. Angela
