Here's a few photos from the past five months:

A few of the block the day I got it back from the machine shop. (10.22.06)

The 250's retirement party. (01.14.07)

The 350 finally goes in. It sure didn't stay looking this pretty very long. (1.25.07)

The agony of defeat. Nothing felt worse than the ride home in the cab of that tow truck. When we entered my neighborhood, the driver asked, "You want me to turn the lights off?" referring to the big bright flashing lights on top of the tow truck that proudly announced my failure as an engine builder. "Yes, please", I responded. (3.27.07)

Hopefully, I'll be adding some new photos soon of the van burning those old tires off the wheels. We'll see how it goes this weekend.

I have confidence that you will once again have it on the road! Minor details sometimes snag you...but it's a Chevy...much like a Harley...they have a few bugs from time to time! lol These are some reliable vehicles and they run forever! Mine had 160K on her when I acquired her 33 years ago! Keep the faith...don't give up! You'll be glad you did! http://www.vcvc.org/ubb/smile.gif
