View Full Version : Rarest Van Magazine of all?

Is anyone aware of any van magazine that hit the market prior to 1971? I have a copy of "Van World" which I believe may be one of the first van magazines out, dated Fall of 1971. Appreciate your feedback and response! Thanks!

VankyPanky: I also have a fall 71 copy of Van World, it is the oldest van only publication I have. Page 9, right column, 15th line from the top was the theme for my build. Van World ran a series of articles from Dec. 75 to 77 on “Project Early Chevy” a 64 ex-telco display van.
Anyone have a Van & Trucks June 75? Check out pages 40-41, perhaps an attempt to boost circulation.

Hey I used to have some van magazines back in the 70's when I first got my van, but they are long gone by now. Would like to get a hold of some of those mags if at all possible. Does anyone know of a good source?

I wonder if that '64 ex telco display van
you talk about solid side, is the same '64 display that almost crashes on the freeway ramp in Marathon Man. With how rare these vans are,
Its totally possible.
