...GREAT DAY FOR THE VANNIN WORLD...

Inland Vans Berdoo has just been inducted into the California & San Bernardino Route 66 Cruzin Hall of Fame... With 3 inductees a year for the past 17 years, we are the first Car Club inducted. Their will be press releases done to at least a half dozen newspapers, T.V. coverage, magazines, name engraved on the marble wall next to the likes of Sid Iskerderian, Hooker Headers, Ed Big Daddy Roth, Goodyear Tires, Firestone Tires, The 32' Ford Roadster, and 30+ other high class other Hot Rod builders and innovators. Almost 40 years of being together has all come together, and the 600,000 people at Route 66 and all the other readers in magazines will also recognize it. Third week of September will be the inductee ceremony.

The "Cruisin' Hall of Fame®" was established in 1995 by the San Bernardino Convention & Visitors Bureau, in conjunction with the City of San Bernardino, to honor those who have made a significant contribution to the uniquely-American automotive cultural phenomenon of cruising.

A landmark area called the "Route 66 Plaza" was created just outside City Hall as a backdrop for the "Cruisin' Hall of Fame®." A specially designed wall, with a map of "America's Main Street," serves as the actual monument. Every year, a plaque is added to identify new members of the "Cruisin' Hall of Fame®"

The nominee must fit into one of the following categories: legendary builder and/or designer, an automotive manufacturer or specific vehicle, an entertainer a member of the media or historic.
