    i fitted a 12 bolt posi from a b body car to the van, it has the same width, i understand that the car 12 bolt is actually stronger than the 12 bolt truck,

    That sounds great, Tom, but I’m garage poor this year after the ‘48 Plymouth I bought and more Bug parts (complete pan-off airbag rebuild this winter).
