    thanks

The original used the paper type gasket, so thats what I better stay with. Its too bad rock auto has gaskets on the same page that are not applicable

Carter YF Model No - Does it Really Matter?

Shawn is correct about the linkage. I was thinking about just the internal parts. One place that I have had good results from is Mike's Carburetor.

    I like the 250

I had a 194 but block cracked. Replaced it with a 250 and felt a huge difference in power. Bolted right in to replace the original. I kept the 3 on

95 van, paper or rubber gasket for thermostat

I always use the same type gasket as the original, the rubber ones work good
