    1st Gen Front end

    Those are the original leaf's - I took them a part, cleaned the heck out of them, re-assembled with new liners.
    Yes I replace ALL the bushings myself, original shackles were re-used.

    If you are sure your (+) & (-) at the relay is there & horn ground is good; there are four main contact parts,
    Cup, spring loaded contact & contact ring. Here are some part numbers that may help...

    For the liners I recommend getting Shafer's Classic Reproductions P/N SIP001 / 2 /3. Buy them though Summit Racing; just a tad cheaper on cost & shipping, They are a truck part & wider at 2-1/2"...

    It will be on the balancer (not the pulley). You are looking at the right place. Should be a small notch, spin and clean the aft OD end of the balancer.
