Entry level EFI is going to be around $1000 regardless of engine.
I'll be honest, I reused the old seal and they went back together just fine. A little dish soap to lubricate and slid right back together.
In my opinion, unless the original seals are damaged, I...
So, not selling now? :)
Did someone say EFI?

That doesn't sound right. Got any pics?
Since you lowered the engine 2", I would lower the trans 2"
1 of each, please.
Many people just put flat sheetmetal down, if you are going to have carpeting or a rubber mat no one will know.
Could always buy a Harbor Freight bead roller and roll your own. I made this for my 65.
Measuring the angle when I installed the OHC in my 65, the pinion angle was +5 degrees, trans output shaft was - 5 degrees, both measured from horizontal
Doors were an option on the 90". Since most people ordered doors, it was cheaper for GM to just make the 108's all with doors instead of having two different dies for the passenger side of the van.
No Chevy 108 no doors.
Matchstick is reproducing floorpans, you can reach him through customvanner.com
Fork looks like cold war era Dnepr, but engine doesn't look familiar
The engine is always at a slight downward angle, because that's how it's designed. A quick way to tell if the engine/trans are at the correct angle is to put a level on the carb- it should be nearly...
The biggest aid to smooth shifting in any GM column shift vehicle is technique. I've owned several, some were only a few years old at the time, and one thing the GM column shift absolutely hates is...
Why are the tires blue, and what happened to the rear body?
As long as the trans and pinion angles match, you'll be good
Based on your description, a non-runner with the rust you described, and WITH a title, no more than $1500. And that is if it has every single piece. If he doesn't have the belly pan, subtract...
The washer nozzles are in a different location on the 67, you will have to fill the holes and drill new ones in the correct location
If you dropped the motor 2" and didn't drop the trans 2", the tailshaft angle and pinion angle no longer match. Either drop the trans mount 2" or adjust the rear pinion angle with shims.
I put a 67 Pontiac OHC engine in a 65 Chevy van, I had to drop the engine 2" for clearance, and may still need to do doghouse lid mods- so, yeah, it's probably going to be taller than the stock six....
Anything that you have to order, it is best to inspect and measure the parts you have to ensure you get the right ones the first time.
As far as the flywheel goes, unless it's heavily scored or...
To be honest, with the scarcity of good inline sixes, a basic crate engine V8 is becoming a better option for a driver.
