    I got my new one for my 65 from Dan's Classic Auto Parts in Portland OR. P/N 64-13000, $72.00. Color code was off but I just chased them through the cannon plug. Works great and is not dry rotted.

    At last, D-shaft back and installed. The new rear end seems to work and is so much quieter than the stock.
    All total, costs added up to $550.00.

    Anybody have a d-shaft for my 3 spd 65? I don't need the slip yoke. I had mine cut down for my rear end swap and it is now too short. I think the shop messed up and they think I messed up.
