Has anyone used the spray on bed liner materials, or had it done? On your pickup or van?

I am getting ready to spray the inside of my 89 ford van that will be used for carpet cleaning. Just want to know if you have had any complaints.

I am using it to prevent rust. It is common for a carpet cleaning van to rust due to the water and chemicals.

    Red face

$500 Buckaroos for Rhino, I would guess $1000 for a van if not more. The stuf is good though.

THAT'S STRANGE. I HAD A CARPET CLEANING BUSINESS ALSO. I USED THE DRY FOAM METHOD, USING A BRUSH. STAIN REMOVAL, ODOR REMOVAL, ETC., WERE ALSO A BIG PART OF MY BUSINESS.

I bought the product to spray the van myself. Its called gator liner. one kit will cover a small pickup bed. I got four kits for $200 so I should have enough for two coats. also this product has a large choice of colors so I thought it would be great for our vans, and wondered if anyone has already done this.

I don't have a site for the business, just email, Carpetmedic@webtv.net

I use a prochem 150 ( steamclean ) I know its an old unit but It has a lot of power and I can adjust the water presure from 300 to 1300. The kerosine heater does a super job also. It would be nice to have a new unit, But they start at 8,000, and they are not as ajustable as some of the older truckmounts.

Gator gaurd, epoxy bed liner. You should be able to purchase from an auto paint and body supply store. I bought mine from Ben's paint supply in Orlando, 407-428-0140.

I was quoted $1200 for rhino for the floor, walls and roof in a custom mixed color back in 2000 from a local shop.
