Any chance you'll be remaking a factory repop of the driver and passenger door sill's, that hold the rubber floor mat down?

They called and I missed it...
Message says 8 clips for $40.

I will call again and get an answer about the plates.
Those look do-able as well as the clips.
I could make these if they dont have them.

    So...

After finding each clip was $5 I felt I could beat that.
So here is what Im doing.
These are the striker plates. 11gauge 1/8 thick stainless.

The material for the clips is ordered and should be here this week...
The screws are easily found but the recessed head is the thing with them.
Flat head should work just fine or use your old ones.
Should be ready to ship next week but I will let you know when and $$

The spring/clip material arrived but I cant get access to the machines till tomorrow.
Just like the ones Jimmy was doing these will be very simple.
The originals were a complicated beast. The new will fit under your original plate or the plates Im making.
They will take the rattle out of the door latches but they dont look close to what was there.

Wookie. Was there any other info about those screws? I saw you bought a kit...Jimmy says he ordered from McMaster
but theres a post showing he found "Factory Original". McMaster dont have these recessed head type...

I can get flat head screws. Again, they will work but dont look original.
    Stay tuned...

    Its tomorrow..

    Ok. Springs/clips are done.
A complete set will be for one side or one rear cargo door:
    INCLUDES
1 Upper and 1 lower plate
6 "Almost" original screws. YES I found them!!
and 4 of the clips. $30
If you want just clips $3 each.
I trial fitted them on my van and they fit and functioned.
Its tricky getting them in the top as they dont hold in place but they work.

    Jimmy used a 50 ton brake...I used a 220. LOL!
