The site should be getting a couple new features today (Tuesday, actually). If the install goes well, we'll be adding a "user tagging" feature. So, if you want to call someone's attention to a thread, or get their attention, you'll be able to do that. It's common on other social media outlets, but for those who have not worked with it before, it's pretty simple. If I wanted to make sure that vanner68 saw this post, or if I needed to point him to info he was looking for, I would add @vanner68 to my text.
