Because I work at the Airport where they hold a classic auto and aviation show, with an Aerobatics show, I was able to get free entry in the show. The marque this year was the Corvette, and every model was represented. There were over 145 amazing classic, rare, and super cars, and an auction by Barrett-Jackson. Lucinda was definitely not like anything else there, and certainly the least shiny and by far the most custom. However, I somehow got "Best in Class" in the 4x4 class! I couldn't believe the interest it drew, due to all of the killer and well done restorations, and having guys who own these classics checking it out and digging it. Even the guys from Barrett-Jackson were loving it, and talked to me for about 30 minutes. Pretty good time for sure.

    Cool

Even with out nice paint our old girls do draw a lot of attention from the "Car Guys" at shows.
Our vans are just that different .In your case She stands even taller than the rest of the crowd in attendance.
    Congratulations on the award.....
