Yes I have been experiencing that for a while.
You have to type excessively slow for the editor to keep up with the input
Windows 7 & IE 11

This computer has win10 and Chrome, no issues.

I had that problem for a while, now its fine. It would also just wipe out the whole post while I was keyboarding if I tried to put too many words in

No issues here using my old Dell PC......
I have notice a similar issue on facebook.....
Its a "van thing". A life style you have to live to understand!!!!
I think it's more of a 'traffic on your local internet node' problem... too many people in the same area using data, some gets lost in the shuffle.
When you type on VCVC (or Facebook) you're not actually typing on your device, you are typing on a server that may be thousands of miles away.....

when it happens, there is 'almost' a predictable pattern. type 3, skip 1, type 3 skip 1. typing faster, skip 2! this even skips spaces between words.

I'm fine too with typing on the keyboard
The topic is old, of course, but it is interesting that I did not even know that there are such problems. It seems to me that this is a client problem only.
Internet warning of the day; when searching for images of "odd clocks", don't skip the L, because some things just can't be "unseen".
