I can't afford any Led Zeppelin reels yet. There are no Metallica reels.

Been working every single day since sometime in mid-November, so my productivity on the van has suffered. I started taking projects to work and tackling them on breaks and lunch. First Saturday off since October, so Iím all over it again. Clearcoating window plastics today. Some of the reel cabinetry has come together as well.

    Little more...

The front seats are now at the upholstery shop.

I brought the curly maple wood I bought for the floor to work yesterday. One of the carpenters here set me up on the routing table and I was able to get all the tongue and groove cut. Flooring is now ready for stain!

The van looks great. I used some Buckeye Burl and Parota wood in my van build. I love the look of curly maple.

Not! I be an old rock n roller bass player that only buys amps with a volume control that is stuck at "11", I want to see all of the nasty gear that contributes to my deafness. (Beautiful van though, I is envious).

The window fiberglass pieces in my 108 sportvan are in pretty rough shape so I am thinking of painting them - what did you use? They should probably be sprayed with gel coat but no idea where I could find anyone to do that.

I got the call today that the seats are done. Hopefully, I can pick them up next week. Working all weekend, again. These seats came from a Miata I found at Pull-A-Part for $25/ea.

These weren't in terrible shape, but I had to work them a little. Before primer, I sprayed them with Bulldog adhesion promoter. 2k urethane primer, 2x urethane base coat, flake/blender coats, 4 coats of Matrix clear.
