    Cool

Not a bad deal how ever.....
1st gen and 2nd gen front axles DO NOT inter change. 2nd gen mounting hole pads are farther apart.
Sorry just anther person selling parts who know nothing about what he has

LOL - that's my ad! And no I don't know exactly where it came from, thought 1st and 2nd were the same. If you're sure it's a first gen I'll update the ad.

Oh, anyone want to buy it?

Measure the width between the spring mount holes and we can tell you if it's 1st or 2nd gen. The spring width is the only difference.

Yep, I do Sandy.. sent a message via craigslist return e-mai, and sent message on here to you. I'm normally up 'til 2am Mountain time (I'm in Montana), and arise 'bout 10am, in case it just rings, leave a message, as will need your phone # to arrange payment. A friend of mine lives in Fallbrook and can pick it up.

    Cheers, Rob

    Cool

1st gens ran 2inch wide springs.
2nd gens ran 3 inch wide springs.

When I put a rear out of a 1st gen in my 2nd gen the rear spring perches where also wider from center to center....

    BUMP

OK, I still have not sold this axle or brake parts and need to get it out of the garage. Since first posting this I decided to go with M1Dadio's most recent set of brackets and parts list. So I no longer need this extra axle or brake parts.

I have spent some time corresponding with Michel on what brackets, calipers and rotors I have. The brackets appear to be COPIES of his earlier Nova setup brackets so I am NOT selling the brackets as his. The rotors and calipers appear to be for a Nova, like the old BZ disc brake conversion system. If you have a good eye you might know exactly what they are. I just want to sell the axle mostly, its in the way. If you want the other parts with it send me an offer that corresponds to everything.

If you look closely, the tie rod sleeve is bent. I'm sure someone with the right skills and equipment could straighten it out.

Axle, spindles, knuckles, tie rod sleeve, tie rods ends, drag link - a heck of a deal. I can build a crate to ship it but I'm sure it won't be cheap, not even sure who would ship it but we can figure it out.

    Pictures and price?

    VanSandy,
I'm curious to learn more on what you're looking to get and would be interested in seeing some pics. Yes, freight could kill it unless good option there.

I'd be curious if there's a way to get rough weight and dimensions what LTL freight costs could look like to 74471 in Oklahoma? Or 108VanGuy's Vanner Transport option when he heads to the midwest in the next month??

    Cheers,
    Ry

    Oops

Doh - pics would be good!!

Currently the rotors/hubs, calipers and brackets are off and in a box so its easier to move around. So if you need to see detail pics of various parts let me know.

I'm interested in the brake components if you'd separate.

Was able to sell all the brake parts to a local vanner. Still have the axle with steering knuckles, drag link, tie rods ends etc.
