    Shaving the drip rail/rain gutter

    Anyone have any info, pics or links to removing the drip rail on a first gen?

    only problem i see is that the drip rail holds the roof on
    1964 gmc handi vortec ls 5.3 whipple supercharger supter t-10 4 speed 9" ford builder of the first saturn power steering set up

    It can be done, but the drip rail is what actually holds the roof on. Best way would be to cut off short sections, welding the roof to the sides as you go.
