Could something like that be welded?
Mike
I have a friend who says he can weld it? Another friend says welding it won't last? If I can just replace it with the same kind would be the easiest and fastest way. I found a few on CL but more than 100 miles away and may be close but not the same? I will probably take it off tomorrow and let my friend weld it and keep looking for another.

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/r...make/chevrolet will this work? smit has several that appear similar for under $70.00. free shipping over $100.00 so find something else you need. if nothing else, oil and filters. I wuld not weld the cracked one. not only will it likely crack again but it may warp/distort and not fit.
