    Sway Bar - - 2nd Gen - - Joyrde

Based off of LEDZEPPVAN's sway bar install, I decided to to install a rear sway bar on my 2nd Gen '67 GMC.

I originally did not look carefully at LEDZEPPVAN's install - - - the frame bracket and sway bar end mounts MUST be parallel. If not as the rearend moves up/down the sway bar will bind

While my install is not complete, a couple of members have asked about my progress.

Hopefully Ledzeppvan will weigh in how his install is working

The following site is not complete. As I make progress, I will up date the website

I need to grab one of these for each of my vans. Especially for the 65, since I am going Pontiac with that one and Pontiac was the 'sport' division of GM.

I took a rear sway bar setup complete with links and frame brackets from an 80s-91 camaro at a pick your parts about 3 weeks ago. I haven't had a chance to mock it up. I knew what to look for since I recently sold a 91 camaro with rear disc brakes and swaybar. I wanted to keep the camaro complete to make the sale but kept an eye out ever since at the yard every time I went. Should be similar for camaro and firebirds 83-91 I believe.
