66 van in Yuma, AZ $300

    Its really beat. No title.

Still, for 3 bones, I hope somebody saves it. Could make a cool desert jalopy, or maybe a 4x4?

I like the front bumper add on, roof rack and I'm digging those custom tail lights, would make a cool rat running it as is.
What's up with those handicap bars in the front seat area?

If someone wants to buy it... I could use the front doors as long as they are functional and complete.

    "The roof has no rust."

Sheesh - good roof, six decent doors, worth way more than $300 right there. And a six banger core... But you have to go all the way out to Yuma with a truck and trailer, cost you a pretty penny just to get it home.

    Bought it

Earlier this month I made the trip and bought this van, (12 hours down, 18 hours back). Picture posted under VCV thread. That poor Ranger.

I can tell you this would certainly be considered a "prize winner" even if it is a little "rough" and "needs an interior" . Unfortunately, the PO had "no time to complete it" but it should be an "easy restoration" since it "has been stored" for many years. He was willing to take the "best offer" and I feel it will be a "good investment".

See the Official VCV Craigslist Decoder thread for additional clarification on the underlined terms. Thanks KK.
Sorry Leroy but the front doors are pretty hacked, I would not consider them "complete".

    Cool

Unfortunately there are a bunch of WTFWTT,,changes done on this van..

She might be worth the asking price for the salvageable parts as she sits.
Scrap prices have been down for a few years now.

"Good investment" What was the "Best offer" you ended up paying?
I think it was cheaper than the amount you paid for gas to get it.

I see good parts on it,worth what you paid I'm sure.

I'm sure you brought extra wheels/tires with you but not 8 lugs?

I like that over rider on the front bumper.

I gave $250 for the van and spent the same amount on fuel. Yeah, the 8 lugs were a surprise. I had enough tires and wheels but nothing to fit the rear. The rear bumper had to come off and the front bearings were repacked on-site.
