    yet another tranny!

had a 200r4 in it I bought for $50 bucks for #3 so not complaining. had an issue almost 2 years ago where I kept blowing tranny lines. my cooler was plugged? and would randomly flow/not flow. that has all been resolved long ago but tranny has slipped when hot ever since. good for about 45 minutes, then it slips. cool down and good as new. bought tranny number #4 a few days ago and the 200r4's are getting harder to come by.

I consider painting things nobody sees paying attention to details.
I have also noticed if every thing is painted detailed out.
Things like leaks show show up quicker and are easier to spot.
Good looking work.I hope this one holds up good for you...
Its a "van thing". A life style you have to live to understand!!!!

It just occurred to me that you've had more trannies than Eddie Murphy!

I burned up 3 700r4's before I wised up and ditched the old tv cable transmission. 4l80e is the way to go. 4l65e's are a good bet too,.plus the extra gears in those newer units would really help increase the versatility.

200-r4 are a bit on the weak side for these heavy vans.
