    "all it needs is..." usually a $50 buck part but wasn't worth enough for them to install it! I usually multiply by ten so a $50 part plus $50 to install it would be $1000.00 less than if fixed.

    I'm always amazed when the term "surface rust" is used as a blanket statement when it is obvious (in the pics) the extent is far worse. D-bag alert.
