65 d-shaft

    65 d-shaft

    Anybody have a d-shaft for my 3 spd 65? I don't need the slip yoke. I had mine cut down for my rear end swap and it is now too short. I think the shop messed up and they think I messed up.

    There are a few different lengths out there from 1st and 2nd gen. What lenght are you trying to get to. 1st drive shafts were slightly longer than 2nd gen ones, and those also vary slightly.

      I have one from a 108 wb. Too long of course, but not much $ 2 have it shortened & balanced.

        I have a few, get a measurement of what you need and I will see if I have it.
        '64 chevy, 292 40 over, 206/526 cam, 2004r trans. 9.75:1, dual webbers, Langdon cast headers, 1.94 valves

          Thanks all for getting back to me. A friend said he would fix my d-shaft and bail me out again. I am always humbled when I try to compensate him and he says he should pay me for giving him something to do
