    1968 G10 shorty

    Its a nice van. The "surface rust" worries me. The windshield area could be cancer and similar signs at the drip rails and other areas. It's a six cylinder engine on a 2nd gen.

    gotta love the sales pitch...BUT, its not a bad price for what is there, more detailed pics would be a better sales pitch. Im going to contact the guy to see what kind of deal I can get done. If the underside truly is solid low rust, isn't PA part of the rust belt?, I could leave Friday afternoon, tow dolly and 2 spare rollers, have it in my shop by Sunday afternoon...

    You'll never know without removing the windshield and rubber. Area under driver's door looks worse. But like someone else said, they're not asking a fortune for it. Good project and I wouldn't worry about it being a six banger, good reliable engines that move these vans along. And they're getting hard to find and can be sold for good money of you want to put in a V8.
