Pretty sure replacements are not available anywhere. I've been trying to think of what to make new ones out of but have come up with nothing yet.

These are the nice grommets, that require removing the door to slip the hinge through. They are a bit pricey, but very nice. You'll need 4 grommets (one set) per door. Some front doors will not accept the pass-through grommets on all the hinges because of the shape of the sheet metal.

Clark's Corvair also carries these, but they just get them from Steele:

Clark's Corvair used to sell the cheaper, stick-on type, but I see they've been discontinuted.

I ordered a set of these to see how they looked. They seem OK but they are the stick-on variety. They might work well, but might not hold up well with long exposure to the elements.

do you guys just use the same ones for all 6 doors? just thought I'd ask because the holes on the front doors are a different size... not by much

If I remember...there was a discussion about these.

Steele Rubber for the repo type. You have to remove the door.
The stick on (no door removal) are available from most truck/suburban parts shops.

One set does ONE cargo door.

    3d Print

    Hi,
I have the same problem in finding the gaskets, and to get them to germany makes it even pricier....

We have a 3d printer where i work, so I ordered some flexible filament 30€ for 750 grams .... i printed out one just to see how it works and how it will fit. The Material seems to be just wright, and i am pleased with the result so far.
I could not get to the car to try the fit. I think with some adjustments the quality will get better... but wright now it is already aczeptable.

I will take some pictures when i got them in, and if someone needs the file, i will share it. So it is easy to get them printed out at any online 3d printing service....

    cheers Gert
