Body seems solid. I like the rear door no glass RPO, Protectoplate, and it looks mostly all original. I don't like the cup holders. They almost look like they were welded onto the dash. They're using the old "rope the window crank to the door handle trick" and the "wire that washer bottle in place approach". Things like that could mean more repairs of that type that are not visible.

Looks pretty solid, but those dumb peace symbols gotta go.

What's it like driving a van with no windows???

Itís cool because nobody knows what youíve got in there. The no window vans are the most desirable for full custom interiors

What precautionary measures would one take when driving a windowless earlie? Such as parallel parking, changing lanes, and blind spots etc?

Yeah, side mirrors. And get blind spot mirrors ASAP! My early has no windows, or rear doors for that matter... and after a few close calls on an offramp that leads to a blind merge situation I finally got some. Never happier!!! You can also get a license plate rear view camera for like 30 bucks on Amazon. (It was awesome for a month until the adhesive failed and I smashed the monitor closing my door)

Good mirrors and good blind spot mirrors are necessary.
Those factory "West Coast" mirrors should be fine.
Even when my Van had rear windows in the rear doors.I had them painted black.
I do run 3rd Gen tri pod style mirrors and blind spot mirrors on both sides.
I have been driving Vans with no extra windows from my very first Van..
    With no issues...
