    I've run Clifford headers since day one of the 292. Mine are'nt split like the pic above, all on one flange. Still going strong and not rusting out. They dump into a 3" exhaust pipe to a 2-in one out very large truck muffler, then a 3" tailpipe up and over the axle. This created the most power gain of anything else I did to it.

    https://www.shop.cliffordperformance...rs-52-0011.htm https://www.12bolt.com/store/p153/Ex...0-250-292.html the tube headers offer a little more performance while the langdons should last forever. p.u. truck headers hang too low. ran truck headers with glasspacks for a year, had a distinct sound, no confusing it with a v8. they scrapped on speed bumps so I replaced with langdons. I did notice a slight drop in power but minimal, way better than stock. cliffords not installed yet but will be soon.
