    Cargo Door Rod Clip

Does anyone have a source for these door rod clips? The hold the side and rear cargo door rods to the latch. They are typically removed when servicing the latch or removing the door rods and sometimes they break. Any help appreciated.

I seem to remember somebody making new ones at one time, can't remember if it was this site or vintage vans site.
I posted it on there site, after doing a search with no luck, also did search on Epay & Clarks Corvair. nothing yet.

Cargo Door Rod Clip & Lower rod

              P/N reference:

FYI: I chased down the P/N history on the rod part numbers. Interesting by 1969 GM went to the same part number for the lower rod on all doors - So I would "assume" any lower rod should be good...

I have two doors I recently got for my 1966. My truck has no rods in the side doors. The New used doors have only upper rods. Don't know their year. So I need one each L & R door bottom rods. I will chk the package today for some pics. but have no rods handy to test fit.

                      Clips

Rich I think you are talking about the plate and the anti rattling clips different than the inside rod clips

Yes, the anti rattle clips stop the door "rattle" while driving. The rod clips are essential to having working rods in the doors.
I was able to buy a set of a 8 clips, the amount needed for all side/rear doors on ebay a couple years back. I was glad to find them! The longer clips don't look the same in the earlier post? Maybe they will work though... if they do great!
