If you have light sheet metal welding skills.you will get a good bit of practice with this one.
that being said.these old girls all most get as much attention in primer as they do finished.
Get her running and stopping then drive her as much as you can.
The interest and thumbs up will be noticed.
Those fiberglass window surrounds are also hard to find spot van parts...

Its a "van thing". A life style you have to live to understand!!!!
Funny story with the window moldings
30 years ago, I think shortly after this was parked, my uncle was working at a junkyard and they got one of these vans in and took all the trim pieces out of it.
There's a few chips in some of the trim, but they're all there
Wow! it's like Deja Vu, This is my '66 a little over 2 years ago.

After 2 years I've got it looking like this.
Make it stop, make it run, make it pretty. Take your time and please keep those pictures coming.

Got new wheels today. Still have yet to get 3 of the 4 old ones off. Front two are rusted on and the passenger rear I accidentally rounded off a lug nut.
I'll just cut the lugnut off, I'll be replacing everything anyway. I am going to try to heat the front rims and hit them with a punch around the hub center and hopefully get them, just haven't had time.
Here it is on jackstands with the new wheels next to it:
As soon as I can get it rolling, it'll be going into the shop so I can take the old engine out and drop the new one in and go from there.
Also, you'll notice a hole behind the drivers door... I'm pretty sure that's from a CB whip antenna... so I have one ordered lol
