    69 SportVan 108 Camper

    Greetings from Des Moines, Iowa.
I bought a 69 SportVan 108 with a camper conversion from my brother last fall. Worked on it all winter and finally took it camping for the first time this past weekend. It was a big hit in the campgrounds at a music festival. I loved all the people who wanted to get a closer look. It gets a lot of attention whenever I drive it around.
This van has the original interior but I've cleaned it up a LOT. I replaced the front seats and installed some carpet in the front floors and around the dog house.
It has the 307 with an automatic transmission and runs like a top. 52,000 original miles on it.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or information on this cool old van.
    Sorry, it's not for sale.

    Thanks,Click image for larger version.

    My 1968 108 SportVan

Very nice. I very much like seeing the original look when restoration is done. The following pictures are of my 1968 restored camper van that I have owner since the mid 70s.Click image for larger version.

    Cool

Wow two very nice examples of 2nd Gen Camper Van Conversions..
Having the interiors still in place,is getting a bit harder to find these days.
Yes get used to the attention these vans will receive.
    Have fun...
