    Random G20 disc brake thoughts

Going in a different direction with my disc conversion, the brackets I was working on were rather complex, and as luck would have it- I lost my templates in the move to the new house. So, I'm working on a piece design with spacers to center the caliper over the rotor.

Some pics of how it all looks just sitting in my vise...

Don't worry, these are cores I am using to mock up the brakes. I will be using new rotors and calipers on the van. The rotor and caliper combo is from a 00 Silverado C1500, so these are pretty big brakes. Any bigger would require 16" wheels.
