    Clean inside of the frame?

    Initially at first had a hard time pushing a snake though the frame (the plumbing snake was no help), my tape measure made it!

    Once I got the tape through I pull a steel cable back through. Now I go back & forth with that...

    updated - I just ran an air hose through it - lots of sand, some acorn shells & about a baseball's worth of insulation (mice I presume).

    Are those mud wasp nests. they kinda look like Toll house cookies and someone sucked out the chocolate chips!

    Agree - I made multiple passes with the air hose. I would like to run something abrasive through the rail now - thinking about a 3" flex honing tool - rigging up a rotating long reach item if my currant contemplation.

    I plan to run some Alspho - then corrosion protection as you did...
