Anyone have a nifty or slick way to clean the inside of the frame?
On my '65 - I am thinking of trying to drag a wire brush or something, down inside it (front to rear). I was hoping someone may have had a cleaver method.
TIA

I had bought one of those cheep pneumatic undercoating guns from NAPA , used 3/8 brake line and brass unions to connect the 12 foot line to it and I threaded the tip to fit the spray nozzle . made a 12 foot spry gun inserted it all the way, pulled the triger and walk backwards pulling the spraying line out. Worked perfect.
I used an aviation corrosion proofing , Dinatrol AV 8 now called ARDROX AV8 is a wax based liquid that creeps through the seems and after a couple days dries up to a wax coating that can be washed off with paint thinners or varsol. goes over rusted surfaces well and seals them from continuing to rust

Eastwood has an aerosol rattle can rust reformulator product with a hose and nozzle. I used it to coat the inside of the rockers front to back. Worked great. $15.00 a can. Im going to use it for the door hinge jams when I get to that point in the project. Im fortunate that I have an Eastwood store nearby...A bit expensive but they usually have the right tools for the job...

Think about it....
If there is no repairable rust damage along the out side if the formed box tube frame rials by now.
You will more than likely be taking a dirt Nap.
Before you will ever have to visit whats left of this vans body with a welding machine.....
