I picked up a body to rebuild with parts from my rotten van. it needs windshield frame and rockers but the floor and frame are good.

It's off an 82 pick up. I used the original fill neck and cap inside the door. I had to cut and re-weld to get the proper angle on the filler neck. I would suggest having an extra one on hand just in case. The filler neck attaches to the rubber insert inside the door. Benefit , if you overfill it runs down on the inside instead of over the paint. I like this style because it doesnt have the bump out on the flip door.
There was a lot of rust in that area so it doubled as a patch.64 Project,65 Driver,66 Parts sorta

Good looking work being done.
I used the fuel door and a section of 1/4 panel from an S10 in the "Beast".
Those new lower rocker sections look pretty sweet..
Is there a color in mind yet ?
