    Just lucky

We were very fortunate to find such a clean van, especially on eBay without looking at it in person! You never know whats under other peoples work till its down to metal!

Was able to sand 95% to a few inches below the windo this AM, after lunch Ill double back on the small nooks and crannies! Looking good but theres a handful of little dings to deal with and Ill clean up the inside around the window in the same way.

I saw it on Detroit steel car show!

Beleave it or not I started with a razor blade on the flats, (seen it on a car show) then a wire wheel on the window radius and door jams, then hand sand with 80-120 for the stubborn primer and finish with 180 before the wipe down then primer. I did try a electric orbital sander but I always went back to hand sanding! Did I mention I'm not a body work guy LOL!

    Dash attack

Started sanding on the dash, figuring my next move will be the nose and the dash! I need to mock up were the AC vents will go and the control head unit before primer.
