    Cool

    Good looking work being done.
I could not help but notice the most painted over color these vans came in.
    Around the interiors panels.

    Popular color!

The foam green and white combo was a good looking color combo, I’m planning on Elkhart blue that came on the 67 Corvettes to be the main color with a silver or gray combo to change it up a bit with some tasteful pinstriping! Looking forward to getting to that point. Thanks guys for the 👍, I’ll keep the pictures coming. Back to mocking up the dash for the AC vents!

    I hated to do this!

So I moved on to the dash and popping four holes in the clean dash hurt me but the pay off will be AC to keep the wife happy 👍Click image for larger version.

Those ac vents will come in handy, nicely done.

    Cool

Adding new holes for needed items should be pain free.
While the whole "it is only stock once" can come into play.
Sorry, adding some thing like A/C to these old girls just trumps the whole bone stock card...
I cut my dash to install a newer head unit for my tunes....
I would love to have A/C

The epoxy seam sealer went on nice, it took a buddy and myself to apply, one squeezing the caulk gun and the other giving it a little smear with the finger!

After some Dremal trimming and thinking I was able to fit it into the factory cluster trim face piece! Next will be a little trimming on the vans steel support flange! Time to get cleaned up for the Big Game!
