    Re: Dash Pad

    Really simple but important questions...

    What generation? First or second?

    What colour?

    What price?

    Thanks!

I don't think they made the dash pads for 1st Gen vans. There are no holes in the dash for the supports like the 2nd Gen vans... But if there were somebody inform me please...

    Cool Dash pad 1st Gen

Dash pad's for 1st Gen came mainly on
    sport van deluxe Van's
They should not be hard to make a piece of metal bent in a "U" padded and upholstered the part that is hard is fasting it to the dash and making it look good screws were used on the bottom but there were hidden clips for the top
Make the "U " little bit bigger than the dash . So there is room for vinyl or fabric to be glued also seal off the ends of u with wood or metal to finish of the ends

If anyone has any interest in this pad please let me know. Pictures do not do it justice. It is in very good condition no rips tears or damage. It has discoloration from being covered in a brown vinyl which I removed. This is discoloration from glue but I feel confident this can be cleaned off or pad can be dyed or painted or recovered. If you are interested please message me at b_zech@hotmail.com. If you purchase it and you are not satisfied return to me and you will be refunded. I would like to see someone use it.
