How to put 350 kickdown Linkage on six cylinder carburetor. 1966 Pictures?

Have a 1966 mono jet carburetor on my 250 engine. I have the aftermarket cable from the 350 automatic. But canít figure how to install it on the carb Someone must have done it already. Pictures would be great

Considering the turbo 350 wasn't available until 1969, I doubt the carb you have has the appropriate hardware and linkage geometry.

This means you will need to fabricate something up, determine the ratio and travel of the throttle linkage in order to determine the size of the lever needed to pull on the kickdown cable so everything works right.

You will need to fabricate a mount for the cable so that you can retain proper alignment as well.

Perhaps you could find something on Summit, Jegs or bowtie overdrives that you could use as a starting point for a custom setup.
