I’d need an air freshener with a gas scent to feel at peace.
With the sheer amount of mechanical ability, adaptability, and all the other stuff you guys know..
I thought this would be more than a one comment thread.
You all know that our sons of our Grandsons wont be allowed to run combustion motors anymore. (Red Barchetta)

Ours vans would be prime candidates for a body transfer to an electric chassis IMO. The large area below the floor could hold many batteries without changing the appearance or interior storage capacity. The generally lightweight body would help with overall power to weight ratio. Large speakers near the left rear tire could speak a throaty V8 tune that future generations know only as some kind of canned vegetable cocktail drink.

Most DIY conversions total cost comes in around $35,000.
I would expect a turnkey conversion to be $50k-$60k
That said, if one is creative, it can be done for less. Rich Rebuilds on youtube did a Mini on the (relatively) cheap.

So...I take my LS6 and let them chop it up and pay ANOTHER $70K for that.
Figuring on low end of $120K for the SS..some are closer to $170K.
Im not seeing that car worth $200K just cause its got a cord.
But I guess people pay that for a tesla.
...not even bothering to look. Does a tesla have 450HP?
