68 G10, L6 250 dumping coolant out the back of the motor...

So I'm guessing the rear freeze plug rusted through or blew out but can anyone walk me through the process of replacing that one? I have to get the van back on the road today if at all possible. Thanks in advance!

I would say the rear plug is a very good guess
You will need to pull the tranny & the flywheel(or flexplate) to expose it.

    I believe you need a 2" plug; GM P/N's 3826505 / 3789860 / 3835121

Note: It is funny how many names there are for the plug - to name a few:

    Core
    Expansion (Chevy parts book)
    Freeze
    Welch
