Who is coming to the 48th National Truck-in?

Just about 2 weeks out from the 48th, in Albert Lea, MN. I?m trying to get an idea of how much space to try to save for the club. We will be setting up camp on Monday, July 5, as soon as the gates open for early entry.

I wish I could be there

Not practical for me to go this year. Curious where it might be next year?

Have to thank Smiley for all his efforts helping the club be a club and getting members together. Had a blast with the gang two years ago in Greenfield MA. Thanks for all you and Amy do for VCVC!

This will be my first year at a NATS. I?ll be there. The goal is my van and every day we?re working on it. If my van doesn?t make the deadline I?ll be riding with Mark and his van.

    Vanner express?

Any east coasters going to Nats that would b willing to bring back some parts? Ira in St. Louis has a set of sportvan fiberglass windows frames (swb) I'd really like to get. Shipping on the long piece would b crazy expensive not to mention risky. Was wondering if I could get them from St. Louis to nats is anyone willing to bring them back. Of course I would pick them up.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Scott, there are a few people I know in Jersey who may be able to help. Chris Munz (QQvanner) and Claud are in Northern Jersey. I've been on the phone with Claud and Frank Costa this week. They will be there. Let me know if you can get the first leg lined up. If so, I'll talk to them.

    NATS

I'm definitely going. Heck, I went last year but it was Covid Cancelled. All I could do was look through the fence. This year I'll be on the other side. It's likely that 66BeachCruiser (Jose) will be my co-driver. We plan to leave Saturday morning. FreakyTikiTV and MatchStick are also planning to attend. That's all the VCVanners I know that have confirmed. Many others tried but won't make it for various reasons. Hopefully next year. I'm hauling some items up there but now is the time to confirm if you have not done so already. Items discussed but not fully paid for can not be given space in the WedgieVantainer on this run. Refundable deposits will be returned prior to me leaving on Saturday July 3rd. Items reserved with the lower amount non-refundable deposits will be forfeit but partial credit will be allowed for future purchases on a case by case basis.

    Great Times!

It was a great time at the first NATS I ever attended. I'm back home after 28 days on the road. Sacramento to Albert Lea. MN to Dallas to St.Louis to Mason City to Idaho Falls to Sacramento. 5000+ miles on this trip. All I can say is retirement is awesome! Where's the pics on VCVC for me to show this awesome trip?

I went from Idaho to Cali. I was itching (literally) to get home. I've got your NATS bag though!
