    Cool

Once again I'm having trouble with the door alignment on my van. I rebushed the hinges and replaced the pins, but I just can't seem to get the doors to fit correctly. For example, the door fits great around the bottom, but the window frame portion of the door sits out from the rest of the body. Another problem I have is the big gap between the rear and side doors. Does anyone have any suggestions on closing the gaps? Let me say that a single fiberglass door sure is looking good right about now.

    Thanks, Vannman

Basically, I just think the van itself just warps over time, making it impossible to get
that straight off the assembly line look.

Was the van in an accident in it's history? I remember seeing an early Dodge that the tops of the rear doors would not line up. Turns out the van had been hit in the right rear, and was "tweaked".
