    Wiper and horn issue

Have a problem with wipers and horn not working. Checked fuses. All good. Does anyone know if these two are on the same circuit or do I have to assume that I have two problems to solve. 64 G10

    thanks for any input

    Wiper and horn issue

Steve - do you need a copy of the wiring diagram?

Schematically I do not see a common point between the horn & the wiper. Now physically there maybe a short residing in the actual harness bundle.

Brainstorming - see if you any continuity between the black wire (horn ground) on the curved connector for the turn signal switch harness & to any wire into the wiper motor.; check with wiper switch in each position. You should NOT have continuity; if you do there is a short.

the wiper motor should have one wire that has power when the key is on,
the wiper switch just grounds the other wires to make the motor wipe.
the horn button grounds the contacts to activate the relay to make the horn blow
you should be able to ground the black wire at the connector to make the relay click
they are both on their own circuits and have their own fuses. hope this helps
